The Challenge

A fixed telecommunications operator required a system for managing mobile repair teams. As a result of the drafting of the terms of reference, together with the client, the basic needs were identified: Monitoring the Service Delivery Process; Minimizing costs (Time, Money); Increase Customer Loyalty.

The Solution

As a result of the project, a platform for the NOC + mobile application for mobile engineers was developed. Which allowed to enhance Operational control, SLA compliance with customers, controlling the cost of servicing facilities, control of the KPI Dispatchers and Mobile Brigades, monitoring the performance of OPEX mobile teams, selecting the optimal MB to eliminate the accident, forecasting the time of elimination of the accident.
